Key Responsibilities:
  • Support inventory management tasks for a designated range of suppliers.
  • Oversee tailored customer order processing systems.
  • Maintain high standards of service delivery in line with established KPIs.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Outlook and possess intermediate Excel skills, including the use of Pivot Tables, V-lookups, and basic formulas.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal communication abilities with a professional telephone demeanor.
  • A background in supply chain management, FMCG, or Pharmaceuticals is advantageous but not mandatory (comprehensive training will be provided).
  • Capability to analyze and interpret numerical data is beneficial.
