Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support Specialist
- Provide support with internal and external communication to ensure seamless interactions with stakeholders.
- Assist the team with daily operations and activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Offer administrative support to the team, including finance and administration tasks, such as handling expenses and liaising with accountants.
- Coordinate travels, book flights and accommodation, and ensure smooth logistics for team members.
- Prepare and compose various correspondence, review documents, and maintain accurate records.
- Engage in publicity and social media duties to promote the company's brand and values.
Requirements:
Administrative Professional
- Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of Italian, French, or Spanish being an asset.
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective team collaboration.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows is required for efficient task completion.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong interpersonal and team player skills.
