Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support Specialist

  • Provide support with internal and external communication to ensure seamless interactions with stakeholders.
  • Assist the team with daily operations and activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Offer administrative support to the team, including finance and administration tasks, such as handling expenses and liaising with accountants.
  • Coordinate travels, book flights and accommodation, and ensure smooth logistics for team members.
  • Prepare and compose various correspondence, review documents, and maintain accurate records.
  • Engage in publicity and social media duties to promote the company's brand and values.

Requirements:

Administrative Professional

  • Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of Italian, French, or Spanish being an asset.
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective team collaboration.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows is required for efficient task completion.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong interpersonal and team player skills.
