Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Administrator to join our HR Administration team. As an HR Services Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in delivering a wide range of employee life cycle activities, ensuring seamless support to our colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support employees and line managers with HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including producing contracts of employment and processing contractual changes.
  • Process a high volume of expenses claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare reference letters and anniversary correspondence, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • E-file documents and maintain accurate employee master data in accordance with data protection requirements using SAP HCM.
  • Respond to a busy inbox and answer queries, providing excellent customer-focused support.
  • Coordinate new starter welcome events, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Ensure compliance with eligibility to work requirements, maintaining accurate records.
  • Support the wider HR team with new team member onboarding and other ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

  • Proactive and solution-focused individual with a high quality service mindset.
  • Experience across HR services and systems, with a good level of knowledge of HR processes.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to process high volumes of work efficiently.
  • Solid communication skills, with the ability to coach and upskill colleagues.
  • Ability to uphold a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in line with compliance requirements.
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience using SAP in an HR capacity is desirable.
  • Process and system-focused, with a passion for efficiency, simplification, and improvement.
  • Credibility and ability to manage and build relationships in all business areas and with senior members of the wider HR team.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel.
