Facilities Coordinator

Administrative Support Specialist

Office Operations Assistant

THE CHARALLE GROUP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Facilities and Business Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities and Business Operations Manager
  • Manage office functions, including front of house, post room, DX, fire health and safety, and database management
  • Coordinate budgeting, archiving, and maintaining office records
  • Provide general support and maintenance to the office

Requirements:

  • Experience as an office junior, customer service, or administrative assistant
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 5 GCSEs' grade A to C or equivalent
