Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Airport Operations Coordinator to join our team at Signature Aviation Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the smooth running of our airport base, ensuring seamless communication with aircraft operators, travel organizers, and other relevant parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the arrival and departure of our clients' aircraft, ensuring timely and efficient ground services.
  • Liaise with aircraft operators, travel organizers, and other relevant parties to coordinate logistics and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide world-class customer service to our clients, ensuring a smooth transition through our facility.
  • Work closely with our operations team to ensure that all ground services are delivered safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in aviation, travel, or a related field would be advantageous.
  • Flexibility of start and finish times within the shift pattern.
  • Willingness to learn new skills, with full training provided.
  • Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook/Email).
  • Qualifies to hold a full airport ID.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Additional languages would be an advantage.
