Key Responsibilities:- Oversee future trainee communications to ensure seamless onboarding and integration into the organization.
- Arrange integration events to foster a sense of community and belonging among trainees.
- Conduct regular progress chats to monitor trainee development and provide guidance and support.
- Handle offer paperwork and Law Society registration processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Manage trainee ER issues, monitoring trainee utilization, and ensuring delivery of required training.
- Plan and execute the firm's Newly Qualified (NQ) processes to support the transition of trainees into their careers.
- Project management skills and experience in planning and organizing multiple tasks.
- Background in HR within the legal sector is desirable, but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with trainees, HR team members, and business partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
