About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Youth Justice Case Manager. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for working with children and their families to develop and implement individualized intervention plans that promote positive outcomes and reduce the risk of reoffending.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of children's needs and develop tailored intervention plans that address their specific requirements.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and multi-agency partners to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Work closely with colleagues to provide high-quality support and guidance to children and their families.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in youth justice and trauma-informed approaches to ensure the delivery of evidence-based interventions.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong assessment and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed approaches, restorative justice, and relational practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
