Job Overview

This is a part-time receptionist position based in Budleigh Salterton, offering a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, and an excellent benefits package including healthcare assistance, holidays, pension, and discretionary bonus.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our clients and visitors. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.
  2. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate staff members.
  3. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  4. Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  5. Assist with client intake and processing legal documents.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
