Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Coordinator to join our team at Wise Employment Group. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
This is a part-time receptionist position based in Budleigh Salterton, offering a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, and an excellent benefits package including healthcare assistance, holidays, pension, and discretionary bonus.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our clients and visitors. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate staff members.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with client intake and processing legal documents.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
