Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing waitlists, and completing paperwork.
  • Manage patient records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
  • Assist with data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; business administration certificate or degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.

Salary: £16,000 - £20,000 per year, depending on experience.
