Job Overview

The Wise Employment Group is seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist to join our team in Budleigh Salterton. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

We are looking for someone who can effectively manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate staff members. They will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms, as well as performing general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.
  2. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate staff members.
  3. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  4. Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  5. Assist with client intake and processing legal documents.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  2. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  6. Friendly and professional demeanour with a customer-focused attitude.
