Job Title: Numeracy Intervention Specialist

Salary Range: £90-£100 per day, dependent on experience

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to deliver numeracy interventions in a supportive secondary school setting. As a numeracy intervention specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping students improve their mathematical skills and confidence.

  • Familiarity with how children learn and behave is essential for success in this role.
  • The ability to run numeracy interventions one-to-one or in small groups is required.
  • At least six months of experience working with children in a secondary school environment is necessary.
  • Experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism, ADHD, or severe learning difficulties, is desirable.
  • A strong ability to build relationships with students is vital.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver numeracy interventions to students on a one-to-one basis and within small groups.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with students, teachers, and other school staff.
  • Contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
