About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Barchester Healthcare, a leading provider of care and support services across the UK.

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care homes, providing administrative support to our managers and staff members.

Your key responsibilities will include answering phones, handling files, and supporting our managers with various tasks. You will also be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors, engaging with residents, and showing prospective clients and their families around our care homes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good computer skills and experience with administrative software
  • Confident telephone manner and ability to handle customer inquiries
