Job Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of this role include providing person-centred care, promoting independence, and ensuring resident safety and well-being. You will also be required to work flexibly to cover shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a caring and compassionate approach. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be willing to undertake further training and development opportunities.
