Administrative Support Specialist

At Barchester Healthcare, we are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role is 16 hours a week, Thursday/Friday with the possibility of covering holidays and weekends.
This position requires someone with good administrative and customer service skills, as well as a genuine interest in working with the elderly. In this varied role, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, handling files, supporting managers, meeting and greeting visitors, engaging with residents, and showing prospective clients and their families around so they can see what makes us different.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service.
- Handling files and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting managers and other staff members as needed.
- Meeting and greeting visitors, residents, and prospective clients.
- Engaging with residents and promoting a vibrant and happy environment.
