Job Title: Electronic Patient Records System Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Patient Records System Specialist to join our technology team at the Central Hub in Warwick. As a member of the Clinical Systems team, you will assist in the design, development, management, optimization, deployment, and support of our new software, Street Heaver's Compucare.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of radiology workflows. A crucial aspect of the role will be to ensure a smooth transition from the current RIS, Lumeon's Care Pathway Manager (CPM), to the new RIS/PACS solution, supporting the business transformation of units and mobiles and the adoption of Standard Operating Procedures.

About the Role

In this role, you will engage in the full lifecycle of the application, documenting clear functional requirements for significant changes, ensuring configuration documentation, and creating training materials. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the system is properly configured and integrated with other systems, and that users receive adequate training and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of new software features and functionality
  • Manage and optimize the performance of the system
  • Deploy and support the system in a production environment
  • Document clear functional requirements for significant changes
  • Ensure configuration documentation and create training materials
