Nursing Director for Patient Flow

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Nursing Director to join our team at Care New England Health System. As a Nursing Director for Patient Flow, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient movement of patients through our healthcare system, ensuring that patients receive timely and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to improve patient flow, reducing delays and increasing efficiency.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address bottlenecks in the patient flow process.
* Monitor and analyze data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
* Master's degree in Nursing or related field and a minimum of 5 years job-related experience or equivalent.
* Current RI State Nursing Licensure required.
* Proven track record of success in improving patient flow and reducing wait times.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Location:
This position is located at Kent Hospital in Warwick, RI.
