Assistant Director for Nursing Operations

About the Role:
As an Assistant Director for Nursing Operations at Care New England Health System, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care on our nursing units. You will work closely with nursing directors and supervisors to oversee the day-to-day operations of our nursing departments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective nursing operations.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address operational issues and opportunities for improvement.
* Monitor and analyze data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
* Master's degree in Nursing or related field and a minimum of 3 years job-related experience or equivalent.
* Current RI State Nursing Licensure required.
* Proven track record of success in improving nursing operations and reducing costs.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Location:
