About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented Assistant Director for Nursing Quality to join our team at Care New England Health System. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for leading quality improvement initiatives, managing nursing units, and promoting exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Quality and Performance: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, satisfaction, and safety.
  2. Unit Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, ensuring efficient patient care and unit operations.
  3. Communication and Collaboration: Build strong relationships with interdisciplinary teams, healthcare professionals, and patients to promote effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Leadership and Development: Mentor and coach nursing staff to enhance their skills, knowledge, and professional growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in nursing leadership or management roles.
  • R.I. State Nursing Licensure required.
Estimated Salary:

$90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
