Join Our Team as a Nurse Assistant

We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nightingale Support Associate to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Job Description: As a Nightingale Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, including personal hygiene assistance, chart maintenance, and transcription of physician orders. You will also be required to document all care provided, observe patients for changes in condition, and maintain a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality patient care, focusing on dignity and comfort
  2. Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient charts and documentation
  3. Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  4. Participate in infection control and safety protocols
  5. Collaborate with RNs and other team members to achieve quality patient outcomes

Requirements: We require a Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, basic computer skills, and medical terminology. Additionally, vocational/technical training and more than six months job-related experience or equivalent are necessary. The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
