Rights at Home Warwick, RI is a leading provider of in-home care services. We are seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team.

Salary and Benefits
$15-$20 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for overtime pay. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package, including mileage reimbursement, travel time pay, and incentives for going above and beyond.

Job Description
We are looking for skilled caregivers to provide personal care and related paraprofessional services in accordance with an established plan of care. This includes assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating, as well as performing patient-specific activities taught by a nurse. Homemaking activities, such as cleaning and laundry, may also be required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred. Six months experience as a Personal Care Assistant in healthcare (in homes or facilities) is required. A Competency Evaluation that meets the State Licensing Law for home health agencies must have been successfully completed. Current CPR Certificate is recommended. Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job. Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job. 30-40 hours of basic care training is required.
