Certified Nursing Assistant Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide direct patient care services, including bathing, dressing, and undressing patients, as well as assisting with personal hygiene.
  2. Assist patients with elimination needs and report any unusual reactions or occurrences to the primary professional.
  3. Monitor patients' vital signs, such as heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure, and temperature, under the supervision of the primary professional.
  4. Document care provided according to Agency policies and complete Agency paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:
  1. Holds current Rhode Island CNA certification.
  2. Must be CPR certified.
  3. Must have a valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
  4. Minimum one (1) year previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $42,500 - $57,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
