Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Architecture and Systems Engineer - Power Electronics to join our team at Optamor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of high voltage electronics systems, including power electronics, electrical architecture, and system integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, design details, and test plans.
  • Perform system-level testing and validation, including electrical and thermal analysis.
  • Work with suppliers to develop and qualify new components and technologies.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement system-level designs, ensuring optimal performance, cost, and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in high voltage electronics and electrical architecture, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Demonstrable understanding of electrical systems, including power electronics, electrical architectures, and system integration.
  • Experience with system-level design, development, and testing, including thermal and electrical analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ISO 26262 and IEC 61508.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a strong academic record.
