About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electronic Patient Records System Specialist to join our technology team at the Central Hub in Warwick. This exciting opportunity involves assisting in the design, development, management, optimization, deployment, and support of our new software, Street Heaver's Compucare.

As a member of the Clinical Systems team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition from the current RIS, Lumeon's Care Pathway Manager (CPM), to the new RIS/PACS solution. Your strong technical expertise and exceptional problem-solving abilities will be essential in supporting the business transformation of units and mobiles, as well as the adoption of Standard Operating Procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design, development, management, optimization, deployment, and support of our new software, Street Heaver's Compucare
  • Ensure a smooth transition from the current RIS, Lumeon's Care Pathway Manager (CPM), to the new RIS/PACS solution
  • Support the business transformation of units and mobiles, as well as the adoption of Standard Operating Procedures
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A significant understanding of Radiology workflows, clinical and operational processes
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Radiology Information Systems, with specific experience in Street Heaver's Compucare hospital management system software
  • Demonstrable customer service experience in a busy IT-orientated service environment or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build successful working relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Good time management skills and the ability to plan and prioritize workload
  • The ability to communicate IT issues and effectively convey technical information to non-technical users
