Patient Care Support Specialist

The Patient Care Support Specialist plays a vital role in the success of Care New England Health System's dining services. This dynamic position involves working closely with the Food and Nutrition management team to ensure seamless delivery of food and beverages to our patients and visitors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Patient Meal Delivery: Deliver prepared meals to designated areas within the hospital, maintaining attention to detail and efficiency.
- Cleanliness Standards: Maintain high cleanliness standards throughout all areas of responsibility, adhering to established guidelines and regulations.
- Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to patients, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
- Operational Tasks: Assist with routine duties such as restocking supplies, maintaining equipment, and performing light cleaning tasks.
Qualifications and Job Specifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a similar role beneficial.
