Medication Management Specialist
Care New England Health System is seeking an experienced pharmacist to join our team as a Staff Pharmacist - Medication Management Specialist. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive medication management services to patients and healthcare teams.

The ideal candidate will hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or BS in Pharmacy and be a licensed Pharmacist in the State of Rhode Island. At least 5+ years of experience in a specialty or retail pharmacy setting, preferably 8+, is required. Advanced certification(s) such as immunization, medication therapy management, diabetic educator, cardiovascular educator, and 340B ACE are also highly valued.
