As a Clinical Pharmacy Services Provider at Care New England Health System, you will play a vital role in providing integrated support to patients and physicians.

This position involves preparing medications, providing pharmacological information, monitoring patient drug therapies, and adherence support services.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in specialty or retail pharmacy setting, hold Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or BS in Pharmacy degree, and be a licensed Pharmacist in Rhode Island.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
