Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at the Care New England Health System. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. A High School diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid state Pharmacy Technician license or Pharmacist Limited license. National Certified Pharmacy Technician Affiliation is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fills and delivers medication through the Pyxis Med Station RX System with precision and accuracy.
  • Determines IV and minibag expiration dates by conducting regular rounds on each nursing unit.
  • Prepares and delivers large volume intravenous mixtures, antibiotic mini bags, and total parental nutrition solutions in a timely manner.
Requirements and Benefits

A minimum of one-year pharmacy technician experience is necessary. The estimated salary for this role is $52,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
