Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the dispensary, including supervising staff and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to resolve medication-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of medication inventory, usage, and disposal.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and maintain accuracy in high-stress situations.
  • Proficient in using pharmacy software and computer systems.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £28,746 - £36,687 per annum, depending on experience. The position also includes a range of benefits, including annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
