Job Title: Family Physician

We are seeking a skilled Family Physician to join our team at the Maidstone Medical Clinic and Health Complex in Maidstone, SK.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide clinical outpatient, inpatient, ER, long-term care, and on-call services to residents of Maidstone and area. The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, staff, and management, and function well in a high-volume environment with a commitment to providing high-quality patient and family-centered care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical services to patients in outpatient, inpatient, ER, and long-term care settings
  • Participate in the undergraduate, postgraduate, and continuing medical education programs of the Department of Medicine in the North West Area
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS)
  • Current Saskatchewan Medical Association (SMA) coverage
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
