Emergency Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Family Physician to join our team at the Maidstone Medical Clinic and Health Complex in Maidstone, SK.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide clinical outpatient, inpatient, ER, long-term care, and on-call services to residents of Maidstone and area. The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, staff, and management, and function well in a high-volume environment with a commitment to providing high-quality patient and family-centered care.
Responsibilities:- Provide clinical services to patients in outpatient, inpatient, ER, and long-term care settings
- Participate in the undergraduate, postgraduate, and continuing medical education programs of the Department of Medicine in the North West Area
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
- Eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS)
- Current Saskatchewan Medical Association (SMA) coverage
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Rural Physician Incentive Program of up to $200,000
- Recruitment and relocation stipend available of $15,000 for a commitment of 3 years or more to this community
