Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells Hospitals. As a key member of our emergency department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assessing and managing patients with complex medical conditions
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Providing education and training to junior staff and students
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Non-Medical Prescribing qualification or willingness to undertake
  • Immediate Life Support qualification
  • Extensive experience in emergency medicine or acute care, including experience in a senior role
  • Evidence of continuing professional development and teaching in a variety of settings
