About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Macmillan Consultant Practitioner to join our dynamic Acute Oncology Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality acute oncology care, with a specialist interest in immunotherapy.

Main Responsibilities

As a Macmillan Consultant Practitioner, you will work as an autonomous practitioner, managing clinics and working within the acute oncology SDEC, outpatient clinics, and inpatient reviews. You will also be involved in strategic working across Kent & Medway teams, service development, and standardised education programmes.

Person Specification

  • Appropriately relevant clinical healthcare professional registration (NMC or HCPC or General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC))
  • Credentialled as advanced practitioner/consultant practitioner in relevant specialist area
  • Recognised management or leadership course
  • Master's degree level in advanced practice or equivalent
