Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team as a Complex Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will provide personalized support to individuals with complex needs, including spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs for care staff.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the improvement of care services.
Requirements
- No prior care experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training and clinical support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
