About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Emergency Medicine team at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our emergency medicine services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage patients with complex medical conditions in the emergency department
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and policies
  • Contribute to the education and training of junior staff members
Requirements
  • Masters degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Non-medical prescribing qualification or willingness to undertake
  • Immediate life support qualification
  • Extensive experience in emergency medicine or acute care, including experience in a senior role
  • Evidence of continuing professional development and teaching in a variety of settings
