Key Responsibilities- Work as an autonomous practitioner in clinics, acute oncology Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC), outpatient clinics, and inpatient reviews.
- Develop and implement standardized education programs, defined pathways, and quality improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
- Collaborate with Kent and Medway teams to ensure equitable and accessible 7-day Acute Oncology services.
- Provide strategic leadership, innovations, and expert clinical input to support complex inpatient caseloads and patient care.

Person Specification- Appropriately relevant clinical healthcare professional registration (NMC or HCPC or General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC))

- Recognised management or leadership course
- Master's degree level in advanced practice or equivalent
