About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Research Associate. This role will provide an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the sales team with internal recruitment and driving business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in identifying and recruiting top talent within the Treasury Capital Markets IT sector.
  • Execute tactical and strategic recruitment practices across one or more lines of business (LOBs).
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring cycle, from initial contact to delivery.
  • Maintain and develop a network of candidates and consultants within dedicated LOBs.
  • Conduct commercial research on client technology use cases.
  • Support new business development and sales functions.

Requirements

  • University degree (ideally a Master's) and a minimum of one year of relevant experience or an internship in the capital markets consultancy or technology industry.
  • Driven, confident, and assertive with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience and stamina to progress through career development stages in a challenging and competitive environment.
  • Time management and multi-tasking skills to cope with diverse tasks.
  • Proficiency in an additional language is a plus, but an excellent command of English is essential.
