About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Research Associate. As a key member of our Research and Sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with the internal recruitment of talent within the Treasury Capital Markets IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in executing tactical and strategic recruitment practices within one or more lines of business (LOBs)
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring cycle, from initial contact to delivery
  • Develop and maintain a network of candidates and consultants within the dedicated LOBs
  • Conduct commercial research on client technology use cases
  • Support new business development and sales functions

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual with a strong background in sales or recruitment, preferably within the capital markets consultancy or technology industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
