About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Research Associate. As a key member of our Research and Sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with internal recruitment of talent within the Treasury Capital Markets IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with the internal recruitment of talent within the Treasury Capital Markets IT sector;
  • Execution of tactical and strategic recruitment practices within one or more lines of business (LOBs);
  • Candidate management through the hiring cycle (client brief, resourcing and engaging with candidates, assessing their skill-set up to delivery);
  • Maintaining and further developing candidate and consultant's network within the dedicated LOBs;
  • Commercial research on client technology use cases;
  • Support to new business development & sales functions.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for talented and motivated individuals keen to start a career in recruitment, with the objective of progressing into sales across one or more LOBs. The ideal candidate will have a hard-working and driven problem-solving attitude, a university degree (ideally a Master's), and a minimum of one year of relevant experience or an internship in the capital markets consultancy or technology industry (recruitment or sales roles would be a plus).
