**About My Recruitment Career**
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Research Associate to join our team and contribute to our internal resourcing function. This role will focus on the recruitment of technology consultants who will work on various projects across the financial and capital markets industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the sales team in the internal recruitment of talent within the Treasury Capital Markets IT sector.
- Execute tactical and strategic recruitment practices within one or more lines of business (LOBs).
- Manage candidates through the hiring cycle, including client briefs, resourcing, and engaging with candidates, assessing their skill-set up to delivery.
- Maintain and develop candidate and consultant networks within dedicated LOBs.
- Conduct commercial research on client technology use cases.
- Support new business development and sales functions.
**Ideal Candidate**
We are looking for a hard-working and driven problem solver with a university degree, ideally a Master's. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of relevant experience or an internship in the capital markets consultancy or technology industry, preferably in recruitment or sales roles.

- Impeccable verbal and written presentation and communication skills to engage with C-level associates.

**Additional Information**
The role reports to the Head of Research and offers a competitive fixed salary, commission, and additional benefits, including private medical insurance, phone contract, gym membership, relocation assistance, and student visa acceptance.
