About the Role

My Recruitment Career is currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Research Associate to join our team in the Financial Markets sector. As a Sales Research Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team with the internal recruitment of talent within the Treasury Capital Markets IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in executing tactical and strategic recruitment practices within one or more lines of business (LOBs);
  • Manage candidate relationships through the hiring cycle, including client briefs, resourcing, and engaging with candidates;
  • Conduct commercial research on client technology use cases to identify potential candidates;
  • Support new business development and sales functions to drive revenue growth;
  • Maintain and develop a network of candidates and consultants within the dedicated LOBs;

Requirements:

  • University degree (ideally a Master's) in a relevant field;
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in the capital markets consultancy or technology industry (recruitment or sales roles a plus);
  • Driven, confident, and assertive with excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Excellent emotional intelligence and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines;
  • Proficiency in English language (additional languages a plus);
