About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Research Associate in the Financial Markets sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with the internal recruitment of talent within the Treasury Capital Markets IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in executing tactical and strategic recruitment practices within one or more lines of business (LOBs)
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring cycle, from initial contact to delivery
  • Develop and maintain a network of candidates and consultants within the dedicated LOBs
  • Conduct commercial research on client technology use cases
  • Support new business development and sales functions

Requirements:

  • University degree (ideally a Master's) and a minimum of one year of relevant experience or an internship in the capital markets consultancy or technology industry
  • Driven, confident, and assertive with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Excellent emotional intelligence skills
  • Resilience and stamina to progress through the various stages of career development in a highly challenging and competitive environment
  • Time management and multi-tasking skills to cope with diverse tasks

  • Competitive fixed salary £27,000 - £30,000 + commission (OTE £50k)
