About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team at The Work Shop Resourcing Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our company's daily operations by providing administrative and organizational assistance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance and Administration Manager and Coordinator
  • Support with managing the main business email account and processing documents as necessary
  • Produce customer quotations & invoices and maintain up-to-date records
  • Help with the reconciliation of paperwork for VAT returns – full training provided
  • Coordinate stationery and catering requirements and place orders with suppliers as necessary
  • Support other Finance and Administration team members as and when required
Key Competencies
  • Administrative experience and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritizing skills
  • Thorough, accuracy-focused approach with great attention to detail
  • IT literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Proactive, supportive, and eager contributor while working as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
  • Strong work ethic and adaptable to change
