Job Overview:
Our client is in search of a highly organised and proactive individual for the position of Administrative Support.

This role entails collaborating closely with the Regional Quality Manager to deliver vital administrative support, coordinate aftercare initiatives, and assist in quality management processes throughout the region.

The ideal candidate will possess a meticulous attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the capability to operate efficiently within established protocols.

The standard workweek includes frequent travel between various regions (Oxford, Hampshire, Plymouth, and Bristol).

The successful applicant will be responsible for liaising with site teams and subcontractors, executing administrative tasks, conducting in-house training for staff, and collaborating closely with senior management.


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Assistance:

Offers comprehensive administrative support to the Regional Quality Manager, including scheduling meetings, documenting minutes, and managing confidential information with the utmost discretion.


Effective Communication:
Ensures clear and professional communication with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors, maintaining a courteous demeanor at all times.

Meeting Coordination:
Plans and organizes meetings and conferences, ensuring all necessary arrangements are effectively executed.

Quality & Aftercare Coordination:

Works in partnership with the Regional Quality Manager to manage aftercare services for the Thames Valley region, including tracking defects, liaising with the supply chain, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.


Project Reporting:
Evaluates regional projects and generates reports, assisting the Regional Quality Manager with project completions.

Training & Development:
Facilitates the implementation of new platforms and provides training related to Quality and Aftercare as necessary.

Ideal Candidate:
Willingness to travel regularly between regions (Oxford, Hampshire, Plymouth, and Bristol) and remotely.
Demonstrates exceptional organisational skills and a proactive approach with a proven history in administrative roles.
Experience in collaborative environments.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
Adaptable, open to change, and eager to acquire new skills as required.
Open to negotiation and influence from others.
Capable of delivering in-house training and support.
Prepared to engage with diverse teams and subcontractors across multiple locations.
