Community Health Worker for Public Health

Working as a Development Staff Nurse in our Health Visiting Service, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of families and young children. With a strong focus on public health, this role offers a fast-tracked pathway to become a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN). You will be based in Bracknell, working in various community settings, including family homes and well baby clinics.
This role requires a Registered Nurse active on the NMC register, committed to professional development, with a valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle. The successful candidate will support Health Visitors in delivering high-quality care as part of the Healthy Child Programme.
You will also have the chance to work with other agencies to provide seamless support for children and families. This is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about helping young children and families, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
We offer a competitive salary of £31,469 to £38,308 per annum, inclusive of HCAS, along with flexible working options and a range of benefits. We are proud to offer equal opportunities and welcome applications from all sections of the community.
