Mental Health Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mental Health Support Worker. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs, including Autism, ADHD, and developmental trauma.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students' social, emotional, and academic development through tailored interventions.
- Assist the class teacher in managing behaviour and providing a safe learning environment.
- Work alongside experienced therapists and psychologists to implement therapeutic strategies.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with students to help them regulate emotions and overcome challenges.

Requirements:
- Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals (personal or professional).
- Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
- A genuine interest in mental health and supporting young people.
Salary: £83-£95 per day (dependent on experience, qualifications, and training)
