">Main Responsibilities
">We are seeking a Community Staff Nurse to join our Lived Experience Practitioner Team, who will be involved in supporting therapeutic services user groups across East Berkshire, as well as providing one-on-one support to individual patients. Your role will be person-centred, helping service-users make informed choices and pursue meaningful opportunities in their local communities.
">Requirements
">To be considered for this role, you must have direct personal experience of living with a mental health condition or being a family member/carer to someone who has had a mental health condition. You should also have professional, voluntary or lived experience of supporting people with mental health needs, and well-developed listening skills and effective verbal communication skills.
