£32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Wellbeing Navigator to join our team in Berkshire. As a key member of our community outreach service, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with long-term mental health needs and promoting wellbeing in local communities.

About the Role:
As a Mental Health Wellbeing Navigator, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with local community groups and organisations to promote awareness of mental health and wellbeing services.
  • Providing person-centred support and guidance to individuals with mental health needs, empowering them to take control of their own wellbeing.
  • Working closely with healthcare professionals and social care teams to ensure seamless delivery of care and support.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of innovative solutions to address the complex needs of individuals and communities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as mental health or social work.
  • Experience of working with individuals with mental health needs, including those with severe and enduring conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and community partners.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to engage in training and learning opportunities.
