This role offers an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse, other healthcare professional or social worker to work across the Bracknell Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) and substance misuse service, New Hope. This Band 6 position supports a caseload of individuals with complex mental illness and substance misuse difficulties.

The successful candidate will use appropriate therapeutic interventions to address co-occurring mental health, alcohol, and substance use needs. They'll assess risk and care needs, informing care and support provision. A key aspect of this role is working closely with colleagues in both teams to understand the interplay between mental health and substance misuse.

**Salary:** £39,205 - £47,084 per annum (Incl. of HCAS)
