We are seeking a motivated and experienced Health Visitor to join our team in Bracknell Forest. This role involves assessing child and family needs, supporting breastfeeding and parent-infant relationships, and evaluating the advice, support, and services provided.

Requirements
  • Be a registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Health Visiting) active on the NMC register.
  • Previous experience managing cases where a child has a protection plan.
  • Valid UK driving license with access to a vehicle.

The salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include flexible working options, 27 days' annual leave rising with service, excellent learning and career development opportunities, and access to wellbeing tools and services.
