We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Commercial Sales Manager to lead our Luxury On-trade team in the UK. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our premium spirits portfolio in the top 10% of on-trade accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive P&L growth and market share expansion in the luxury on-trade segment.
  • Lead a high-performing team of Key Account Managers, Activation Executives, and Customer & Culture Marketing Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and brand growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level customers and influencers in the on-trade industry.
  • Collaborate with the Diageo Luxury Marketing team to develop and execute activation plans that drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.
  • Deliver against distribution and execution targets, ensuring seamless execution of commercial plans.
  • Create and foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity within the team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in luxury commercial sales or high-end accounts in the on-trade industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of the on-trade and third-space markets.
