Flude Commercial is an independent, regional firm of Chartered Surveyors regulated by the RICS, specialising in advising clients who own or occupy real estate.

The firm provides a range of services, including lettings and sales, property development, and investment, asset management, lease advisory, valuations, and property management.

With offices in Brighton, Chichester, and Portsmouth, Flude Commercial predominantly focuses on the commercial property markets of Sussex and Hampshire.

The firm has grown to be one of the largest surveying practices in the South East and on the South Coast, with over 25 years of experience operating in the South Coast property market.

Flude Commercial is a member of the Commercial Property Network (CPN), a national network of firms similar to Flude.

The successful candidate will be expected to focus on the firm's retail and industrial agency activities, drive their development, and further enhance the market position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily instructions and lead generation
• Collaborate with colleagues from the Property Management and Professional department to identify opportunities
• Take ownership of their workload with limited involvement from other senior colleagues
• Train and mentor junior colleagues
• Implement policy and procedures, ensuring compliance with best practice, including Anti-Money Laundering regulations
• Regularly network to promote the business and themselves
• Undertake a minimum of 20 hours of CPD and training
• Tackle specific weaknesses and gain knowledge and acquire new skills by developing professional competencies

About You

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

• 4+ years of experience in the property industry
• Qualified as AssocRICS or MRICS, or working towards RICS Qualification
• Professional and objective approach to work
• Commercially minded and understanding the balance needed as an agent in providing clients with good quality advice and the need to earn fees
• Excellent inter-personal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to think laterally
• Effective organisational and planning skills, and the ability to multi-task
• High level of numeracy and experience working with Excel
• Accurate, diligent, and attentive to detail
• Full clean driving license

What We Offer

• Package commensurate with experience, in the region of £36,000 - £50,000 plus car allowance, phone allowance, pension, and bonus (PRP)
